The offerings of each company differ somewhat. For example, one company may offer a "straight" loan whereas another company may offer "revolving" credit via a credit card which can be used repeatedly to pay for your cosmetic surgery needs as they arise. Keep in mind that, if you have yet to establish a credit history (perhaps because of your age) or your credit history is "damaged", you may be able to obtain the credit/loan you seek only with the help of a co-applicant.
