commonly undertaken surgical procedures, consisting of 26 individual
surgical procedures followed by 19 combinations of one or more
of those individual surgical procedures. Simply "click on"

total, itemized cost of that surgical procedure. All surgery is
undertaken at either Waterfront
Surgery Center in Homestead, Pennsylvania or UPMC
South Side in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The costs indicated,
which reflect the most economical setting for the surgery in question,
include the costs of (1) pre-operative preparation, (2) implants
and post-operative surgical "garments", if applicable,
and (3) immediate aftercare normally associated with the surgery
in question. The costs indicated assume that the surgery in question
is undertaken as it customarily is undertaken and that the patient
undergoing surgery is healthy and does not require a more extensive
surgical procedure or pre-operative preparation and/or post-operative
care over and above that normally related to the surgery in question.
